Production Guidelines

Producers, directors and their production teams should become familiar with the policies and procedures established to mount a show at our theater.  These items are outlined in our production guidelines. You may access a copy by clicking the following link.

Should an incident occur during the course of a rehearsal, set construction or other meeting, the person in charge must complete an Incident Report.  The form can be found at the following link and hard copies are stored behind our concession counter in the lobby.

In an effort to support our production teams some of our standing committees have created a digital inventory and database of available stock items. Please contact the committee chair if you have further questions.
