In the beauty salon of a small Louisiana town six women laugh, cry, and share their lives.  They draw on their strength and love in the face of their own mortality and the realization that life will never be the same.  This special quality gives the play, and its characters, a truly touching, funny, and marvelously amiable spirit in good times and bad.
